Can recommend for spending night

Clean room, helpful staff, the free wi-fi was reliable, and the convenient location near a metro station made exploring easy.

Could not be improved in any way.

The door to our room was really difficult to

open and lock properly, which made us feel insecure. Despite this, the staff was friendly and tried to help. Unfortunately, the lack of a refrigerator and microwave was inconvenient, and several amenities were out of order during our stay.

The room was decent and fit our large family well. We even used the fridge, which was a lifesaver for snacks and drinks for the kids.

My kids wished there was a playground or play area for them to unwind. It would really help families with young children to have a place to let them play outside.

The room was great and spacious.

Some Highlights Despite the Challenges

Our family faced several challenges during our stay, but the cleanliness of our first room stood out. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby eateries, which made meals easier. For future guests, be proactive with requests and check the surroundings for dining options.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Happy and Mohanie. The room was clean, but a bit outdated with strong cleaning product odors. Despite some issues with noise outside and limited dining options nearby, I would consider returning for the hospitality alone.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed visiting the San Diego Zoo and spent a fun day at the beach. The room was clean and the staff was nice. Parking was a bit limited, but overall a satisfying stay. Wi-Fi could definitely use an upgrade for next time!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi in public areas, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. Staff even helped me find a lost item on my first stay! Highly recommend it for a holiday. I'm coming back!

Couple getaway not ideal

I requested a late checkout, but the cleaning crew woke me up knocking on the door at 9am, confused if I was just a day guest or actually staying longer. The laminate flooring was a plus, easier to keep clean and I wasn't sneezing all night.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the circumstances, it was still acceptable.

It was just a good match for a trip in La Mesa with good value for cost. I loved the beautiful greenery surrounding the park. If you prefer public transport, the trolley is very close by.
